Please email to us the following information for a quote:-

Length of audio file
How many voices are on the audio file.
Required turnaround – i.e. standard turnaround up to 5 working days or priority turnaround up to 48 hours.
We will then send you a quote to agree.
Once quote is agreed, please forward the audio file to be transcribed.
Your transcript will be sent back to you when completed, together with an invoice.
Invoices to be paid within 28 days of the date of the invoice.
All transcripts and audio files will be destroyed.

Standard turnaround - up to 5 working days.

0.65p per audio minute – up to two voices

0.75p per audio minute – up to five voices

0.85p per audio minute – five voices plus

For priority turnaround – up to 48 hours

0.85p per audio minute – up to two voices

0.95p per audio minute – up to five voices

1.05p per audio minute – five voices plus
